Pure Experimentation: Stencilry REGISTRATION IS OPEN This class doesn't have an official start date. The class begins the moment you register. You have full access to the class, in its entirety as soon as you register.
If you are currently enrolled, the class blog is HERE.
If you were in either the APRIL or JUNE Stencilry class and don't feel like you're quite finished with the class, you may register for a "refresher" course - same exact class & information. Since you already paid $40 when you registered, your "refresher" course cost will be $25 full access to EVERYTHING on the Pure Experimentation: STENCILRY class blog until October 1st 2010. Email me for a registration link with the reduced class price. DO NOT use the "buy now" button above.

CLASS INFO
Just as the name implies, we’ll be conducting a full scale investigation into the art of stenciling. If you’ve seen my stencil work here and have wondered how it's done, put your seat belt on. I’m gonna show you! Both spray inks & spray paint will be covered. From stencil portraits to burst of rays we’re doing it ALL. From cutting your own stencils to using ready-made or commercial, I'll show you how I build a visual journal page from the ground up. You will sit on my shoulder as I make page after page of visual journal pages! I have a photo album of student work from the April & June 2009 classes in the right hand sidebar. Their work is exquisite and yours will be too!DETAILS
- The Class Outline & Supply List is on the class blog.
- 4 full-color PDF documents for download. 77 pages total. Many students have these coil bound into a booklet at Kinkos.
- 33 videos - You will have the option to watch these full screen with little loss in quality. The videos are not available for download.
- Full access to the class blog and all of its content until October 1st 2010
- Full access to moi. Got a pressing question? I'm just an email or comment away!
- Class dates: now until October 1st 2010 Kick back and r e l a x, there's plenty of time. This is not a class in “real time”, so you can work at your own pace. Think: correspondence course on crack. Knock yourself out and watch all 33 videos the first couple of days or stretch them out over the course of several months as you work along beside them. Your choice.
- REQUIREMENTS: a fast computer & high-speed internet service (to process & watch the videos) and Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download you can easily find if your computer doesn’t already have it). Some of my videos are close to 10 minutes long. You will need a computer with a fast processor and current operating system to watch w/o interruption. If you regularly update the software on your computer (Macs do this semi-automatically via Software Updater) and have current FLASH & JAVA updates installed you'll be fine. If you currently watch longish videos on YOUtube or VIMEO or another video streaming site w/o problem that is a good indication that you'll have no problems.
- Full access to the PURE EXPERIMENTATION class blog will be furnished within 24 hours of enrollment. I will send this information to the PAYPAL email associated with your account, unless you email me with other instructions. Be sure to check your email, trash, spam, and junk mail within 24 hours of registering. Bookmark the class blog and write down the username & password so you don't misplace it. If you do misplace it, don't worry, I'll resend it right away if you notify me. Once you've received the password a refund is not possible.

Registration
for this class IS ONGOING.
Originally STENCILRY was spread out over 4 weeks, 1 Lesson per week. I am now giving you full access to the entire class from the moment you enroll. This includes a class blog rich with posts, videos, pdf documents, and much more.
WARNING: Spraypaint is toxic. We'll be using a lot of it. If you have known toxicity or environmental concerns or conditions please take these under serious consideration prior to registering. You may use spray inks or acrylic paints. I will demo both in the videos, but since spraypaint is my primary medium with stencils you'll see more of that.
