I agree - an art retreat with you and that casa would be fabulous!!!

oh my! a retreat with you on that fabulous sounding house?! I'd be so willing to fly 15 hours straight. it would be amazing!

Tulum is awesome, you must go. My time there was too brief, but it's a wonderful memory and I would love to go again.

wow. that looks so great, about in february. i don't think i would get much journaling done though, i would just want to sit and soak up the sun. and you gotta love those pink polka dot cushions, made me smile. and all that blue glassware up high in the kitchen. loooove.

OH....would you could with a retreat???? that would be fabmarvolous!!!

ohhhhh, yes, count me in for any future getaways when you want to share! Mexico is high on my list - along with Paris (anywhere in France), Italy, etc etc

I'm with Magpie (and not just because we share the same nickname), if you are organizing a retreat, count me IN!!! Anywhere, anytime.

Oh boy, that could be a wonderful time away...........dreaming already.

Oh, Miss Moss..
I have just played catch up here. I am drunk on color and, for some unexplained reason, teary-eyed. What an absolutely beautiful trip. Well, maybe not the flying/airport bit. I can well understand how you had such vivid dreams and dreams within dreams.
Whew! I think I need a rest now.
Love to you, e.

Now that is what I call a divine journal retreat. That would make an awesome getaway. It seems to have every amenity covered and then some. Enjoy your weekend Mary Ann. RELAX and savor every second.

Oh my...wouldn't that just be a horrible place to journal! Wow!

Both houses, the one you stayed just in and the one you hope to escape to, look fantastic. I like your idea of having a writing, journaling, swimming, relaxing retreat at that larger house. I hope you are able to make that happen for yourself and a few loved ones. I'm sure you'll be a fantastic guide and also a true proponent of the joy of relaxation. What amazing artwork and photography you would produce at a place like that!

Also - as you discover more iPad apps, please talk about them. I have a new one and would love any and all tips you have for good ways to use it well.

Enjoy your last weekend before heading back to school with your beautiful and rambunctious students.

Again, I'm glad you got back safely from your recent jaunt in Mexico.

i'm there if you decide to organize a retreat.
I. AM. SO. THERE.

Very cool! Is the pierced terra cotta thingie a light sconce? Want! :)
